Help?

I keep getting this error message when I first load the program:

As soon as I hit okay, I-Doser loads, but when I load a dose and press play, I get this error message:

Does anyone have any ideas on how to make this work for me? I've checked the FAQ, but maybe I missed something? Thanks in advance
