Effect or Sleep Paralysis?

So, i tried Nitrous and Vico now.

At Nitro it gave me a rush trough the body, wich made my body appear lighter.
Also numbness.

Vico was always the same, my legs went numb.
They got always lighter and lighter, and then i moved them because i think i will get paralysed, that's what i don't want.

But how can i tell, whats from i-doser, and what is from paralysis?
