Most experiences only from Sleep paralysis?

I read lot of your experiences here but many of them describing the same effect.
They describe the SAME effect like the one from Sleep paralysis.

-Body/parts getting Numb
-tingly feeling
-shivering
-twitching
-Closed eye hallucinations (hypnagogic images)

I know I_Doser works, what how to tell what's what?
And it's like impossible to concentrate on the sound if your legs are getting numb like hell
