got a pioneer se-m280 headset and a AC97 soundcard if thats interesting ;) well... what shall i do?!

you should turn off, or at least turn down any 3D accelerator that you might have..

a 3D accelerator just blurs the sound together.

Unless your dose is considered dis associative, or a dose that causes
you to dis associate from your body/mind- it's good to have *some* mixing.
for out of body, peyote, etc.. I think it would be best to clear the channels up- making sure there's a seperate beat coming from each channel..
cleanly combining in the center.

I've also been informed by other binaural companies that with beats
which are intended to cause increased activity- you should have your eyes open, and you should be active- further increasing the effectiveness of the dose by helping to achieve that level in your brain.

it's the downer doses that you should lay down in the dark for.

Yes, it's my understanding that for an "upper" or a stimulating dose-
you should be alert and active. :cool:
