Wow! I'm officially 100% a beleiver in this. (excuse my bad typing, I'm very messed up)

I did speed,wasn't feeling like it was working, then 20 minutes into my jaw started trembling, after a few minutes of that my jaw was stwitiching uncontrollably. I got up and seemed find, but wow. I was losing my balance just standing up straight and still.

I was tired, not anymore.
