Will Wireless Headphones work?

Hi, I have a pair of wireless Panasonic headphones and I'm wondering if they'll work for doses. The thing is they emit this kind of white noise if you turn up the volume to max. And even if it's not at max and nothing is turned on you still sort of hear it.

Will the white noise interfere with the doses? Even if I can't hear it?

Also, they have a Hz range from 18 to 22. Will that be...enough?
