Do I Fall asleep or just lay there
ima a noob with this but am i supposed to fall asleep or lay there. I was doing the A-bomb. Im having a tendacy of falling asleep and then reawaking in matter of seconds

I third would also like to know this. I start a dose, breathe deeply, but I always seem to fall asleep and wake up in a matter of seconds, like the topic author stated. I count backwards from a high number, but that just makes me wants to fall asleep more. I have not tried taking a "piggy back" dose, such as French Roast, Reset, or Calm ME before I take a dose, so I will try taking French Roast before I take a dose. But I would really like some help on focusing and NOT falling asleep or mind wandering. These seem the only real issues I am having.
