P.S. I have been reading a few psychology books and i show the symptoms of being paranoid when using idoser...i keep looking around expecting something

Exactly my problem, ethan. First time I started using it, I was alone in an afternoon in my house and 5 minutes in Opium I started thinking: "I can't hear anything around me, what if someone knocks on the door or calls me, or breaks in, etc... So I decide to do doses in the mornings now(dunno why but if the sun is out shining I feel more relaxed) or evenings/afternoons when they are people in the house but I know that they won't disturb me.ethan1134 wrote:yeah, i have the exact same problem. i keep on thinking im hearing people breaking in, or someone coming to get me, u know, and the basic fear of not being able to control what u do, right?
well i kind of still have that, i just did trip and it was pretty effective, not nearly up to par of what it should do, but i KNOW im getting results by practicing. in afternoons ill take a regular dose or nights lucid dream or sleeping angel or something for sleep, and as you get more experience, like for me, i start hearing those noises less and the doses become more of what they are meant to do. so practice really really does make perfect, probably the most important part of idoser besides using headphones instead of speakers, lol.
and just follow all the basic tips u get from people all the time, dont anticipate anything relax, etc.
