When i started using idoser it worked fine. But i have been using it for a while now and...something doesnt feel right when i use it...like fear. It happens even on simple ones like Beta any ideas on what it might be. please not i dont use it daily, hourly etc. occassionally i use it to work on my homework and stuff like that....seriously i heard something and took off my headphones and paused the dose! It freaked me out nowadays i play it with others around i dont feel weird when i use it with others around. i get the intended affect...but the unintended one just freaks me out. Please post experiences, suggestions, ideas on what it might be anything will do.
P.S. I have been reading a few psychology books and i show the symptoms of being paranoid when using idoser...i keep looking around expecting something
Strange feelings when using idoser (not suppose to happen)
actualy that happened to me last night after using one. i just had a bad feeling kind of like paranoia and the feeling that something bad was going to happen. but that was the only time it has happened and i did another one this morning and i felt fine. im guessing that it will just go away if you dnt worry about it
yeah, i have the exact same problem. i keep on thinking im hearing people breaking in, or someone coming to get me, u know, and the basic fear of not being able to control what u do, right?
well i kind of still have that, i just did trip and it was pretty effective, not nearly up to par of what it should do, but i KNOW im getting results by practicing. in afternoons ill take a regular dose or nights lucid dream or sleeping angel or something for sleep, and as you get more experience, like for me, i start hearing those noises less and the doses become more of what they are meant to do. so practice really really does make perfect, probably the most important part of idoser besides using headphones instead of speakers, lol.
and just follow all the basic tips u get from people all the time, dont anticipate anything relax, etc.

Exactly my problem, ethan. First time I started using it, I was alone in an afternoon in my house and 5 minutes in Opium I started thinking: "I can't hear anything around me, what if someone knocks on the door or calls me, or breaks in, etc...
