French Roast - Question

Post by Nets »

Should I turn off my lights, lay down, and close my eyes like every other dose? Because I'm guessing that would just make you sleepier.

So I do what I would normally do for a dose?

i do it in the morning. i leave the natural light shining, but i dont have any artificial light on. then i sit back in my chair, put my mouse over the play button, turn off my monitor, click my mouse, and relax. and it WILL wake you up. i love french roast for 2 reasons. 1. its short so impatient people like me can listen to it and not get annoyed or have people walk it on me. especially my overreactive dad. and 2. IT WORKS! its very effective. every time i do it, i just fell happier, more energized, more awake, and i have a clearer mind. unfortunately, it only lasts like 3-5 hours (depending on the person) and for morning use, thats hardly long enough. but still a relatively lengthy amount of time. now, i understand that energizer and other doses like that are way stronger and last longer, but they also take longer. much longer. i would much rather drink a cup of coffee than sit restlessly in my chair for 30 minutes just to get hyper. thats why i love french roast. really a good dose, and i think that the quickhit doses are great cause im really impatient with dosing.
