He would've said he's bi-polar if that's what he wanted a "dose" for, but he said depression so i'm assuming it's just depression, not bi-polar.

Try 5-HTP or antisad, either one. Also try eating foods that are rich in tryptophan, it'll probably help - spinach ,sesame seeds, fish, bananas, etc.

And i read in a science paper that brightness and light circumstances worked against depression. Might be true, since i just lurk in the darkness of my room all day =D

Do it, it's so much less harmful than you may think, although i've "changed my ways" and don't partake in that pastime anymore...

But still, I'm not gonna lie, it's pretty harmless compared to other substances, especially some of the shit the FDA lets them put in our food (as far as additives, hormones, pesticides, chemicals, etc).

Well it usually will cause you to enter a deep state of thinking, especially if you're just sitting around watching TV. You could start pondering WHY you're depressed or you could just start thinking about it more and make it worse. Or, you could just have your mind in a complete other place not thinking about it at all while remaining nice and euphoric. I'd say work your way up.
