are headphones neccassary?

do i have to use headphones, or can i jsut put it on my speakers?

You HAVE to use headphones while listening to binaural beats. This is because each ear plays a different tone. Together they create the frequency. Without headphones, you will get little, practically, no effects whatsoever.

headphones are necessary but do earbuds work just as well???

Isochronic beats can be done with speakers, but binaural beats must be used with earphones or ear buds that support stereo sound.
