So I laid down on my couch for this one with no lights or sound.. after about 3 minutes I heard someone scratching at the door but no one was there.. then I relaxed again and the couch started shaking, i open my eyes but then everything stops.. Then everything went numb, and the the couch started trembling very harshly, I was afraid to open my eyes and see if someone or thing was shaking it.. after the dose I took off my headphones and the couch stopped shaking, now I just have a calm numb feeling... works great!
