Will it take some time to feel the effects?

Post by jakeg »

I have just started using I-Doser last night and today, but haven't had much luck. Is it common to not have any luck with the first 5 tries?
The only thing I've really experienced was twitching... Could that be the only thing I ever experience or will it evolve into an "out of body" experience?

Or is it possible to never have any effects of it?

Thanks,
Jake

If it makes a difference or helps, I'm sure (90% probably) that my headphones are stereo since I hear different sounds in different ears.

Hmm, keep at it, it takes some time to get used to entrainment.

Takes time, and many doses! Don't get discourages, only 1 out of 1000 people on this forum MIGHT be immune to binaural beats, and the others just aren't concentrating. I suggest being as relaxed as possible, maybe do some breathing exercises or meditation.
