does listening it on my ipod take away some of the effect? and After i do i dose how long should i wait before i use a different dose cause i heard it will give you headache?

1. As long as it is an mp3 dose, listening to it on your ipod wont take away any effect, in fact, that is what its made for. However, if you pirated them, they may be converted from drg or fake, so that defanitely will take away the effects.

2. I'd say 1/2 hour to an hour, or at least until you feel normal again. If you want to just keep going, use the reset dose.
