Solution to Error 6

Ok, so I got the infamous "Error 6" which goes something like:

Error number: 6
Error description: Overflow
Error source: IDoser

in my case, my "locale" was set to "Japanese", I switched it to "English (United States)" and its working now... just sounds like static though .

to change the locale:
[Control Panel]
[Regional and Language Options]
[Advanced] "tab"
in "Languages for non-Unicode Programs" select "English (United States)"
[Restart]

Error 6 gone
