Just did a little of Ecstasy and 5HTP1

So I did 5 minutes of both but stopped. I was getting headaches and with the 5HTP1 it actually made my head feel like exploding and I am still feeling somehow dizzy now. What am I doing wrong?

your volume is on too high or your a pansy one or the other.
