I have seen many sites claim that pregnant women should not use Binaural beats and many claim that it's harmless and suggest they use them. I have yet to see why it would be harmful, backed up with any evidence. Many of the sites saying not to, also use the same wording and description for "Who should not use this." as the others I came across. They also say to consult your physician before doing so. Seemingly the warning "not to" is a hypothetical warning because there is little to no evidence backing this up at this time that I have found. (Or have not found)
I'd like to see if anyone can come up with actual evidence that pregnant women shouldn't use these types of relaxation methods. It would also help a lot of people who are inquiring about this particular subject.
