Waking up after sleep dose...

I've been using the sleeping dose LucidDream, only a couple of times. Twice now I've woken up right after the dose has finished, my guess is because it went from sound to silence. This pretty much kills the dose for me.

Is this because I wasn't fully tired when I tried to go to sleep? One other time I was exhausted and never woke back up. I was thinking about trying Insomniac, since it's made for people who have trouble sleeping.

Any thoughts?

now that i think about it, i used lucid dream once before and the same thing happened


i listened to it and about an hour later i woke up and was like...wtf i fell asleep?

I tired Lucid Dream last night. Layed in bed, think I might have dozed off at a few points during the dose, when it finished i took off my hard phones and rolled over and went to sleep. I don't remember dreaming lucidly, but then i never have string recollection of my dreams. I plan to use this as I go to bed often and try to remember my dreams and then have lucid dreams. They sound like some fun.
