Hey guys, Can I listen to music while listening to a dose?

These I Doser tracks are not that much fun to listen to so I was thinking I'll play some music in Windows Media Player while playing the dose at the same time. Does the music interfere with the effectiveness of doses.

yes. listening to music while dosing is not a good idea. The point is that the dose is all you are focusing on. That is why it is also good to turn the lighs off and lie still while dosing.

The music blows your concentration and ruins the dose.
