Hey everyone, can I take a ginkgo biloba pill, I weight 157.1 LB. The company of the pills is SunDown Naturals extract, 60 mg extract per serving with 400 mg of ginkgo leaf per serving added. I should also mention that I have ADHD and am taking Adderall XR 30mg in the morning and 20mg at 12:00P.M. I'm about 63 inches tall. This could really help me with my ADHD since it improves brain function like memory (which I may add is spectacular), focus (which is the main reason I am asking if its safe for me to take a ginkgo biloba pill), and etc.

Please do not delete this post, I really need an answer. I also dis-like taking Adderall XR because I feel that I do not need it but my parents disagree. Thanks.

hey dude gingko biloba dose didnt work for me...i dont advise...

You're not suppose to feel anything right then and there... it just increases blood flow and you will see results in time if you keep using it. Also, I'm talking about PILLS not DOSES.
