I recently tried using iDoser and i haven't got one to work yet =/ but most of the time my hands would get numb. Are there any ways to help me get the effect?

during almost every dose my arms get numb too, but if thats all your getting, you might want to try small, a placebo. Even though its the lowest of the low of the experiences, you've got to start somewhere. This is one of the exersises i did when i was starting. Put on a recreational dose, (i was using Divinorum) and just believe you are in a boat and swaying back and forth. After a while it will totally feel like that. then (hopefullY) effects will just come on their own.

Your brain doesnt know how to react to things like idoser yet. A simple exersise like this could get you going. Good luck.

relax, I am extremely resistant to idoser, and it took me at least 20-30 doses before I got any definite effects. What I did was made it routine. Every night, I go to bed and listen to a dose, and sometimes I feel the effects, sometimes I don't. But I am slowly improving. Don't give up, don't stress, just relax, and don't worry if you just wasted half an hour on a dose and got no effects. If you think you might be immune then it will only cause a reverse placebo the next time you try it, so you might as well be immune.
