How to get I-doser working?

i have tried i-doser about a dozen times and i have gotten no effects. Will someone tell me what worked best for them to get doses working?

I do relax and I'm focusing on the sounds, I also have skullcandy ink'd headphones and I read that these were fine.do you have any more tips?
