My free doses won't play . . .

So, I got my free doses.
I downloaded them. I unzipped them. I did everything necessary (as far as I know).
However, when I try to play them, it keeps telling me there's an error (Error 52, to be exact) and it can't play it.
Can anyone tell me how to fix this? Please and thank you.

I dont think thats the case. Make sure you associate your I-Doser with .drg files. If that doesnt work come back here.

No, no, not pirated doses. The free ones I got from the site.

downloaded the free 3 doses (for the forum reg), installed the I-Doser Version 4.5, associated the .drg files, but every time I try to open the dose, after "Agree" i get "There has been an error loading the picture for the dose file" and a bunch of a debug codes/numbers.
oh, and after that the dose doesn't play..so no dose.

Well, i'm gonna guess theres a problem with loading pictures for the dose file.
I suggest Downloading 4.5 again. When I downloaded mine, it already CAME with the free doses, so I dont know what the problem is. Just try and reinstall, tell me what happens.

tried installing again... nothing.
yes, there were 2 free doses with the player: "Alcohol.drg" and "Content.drg", but it's the same error bout the picture as with the free doses from forum reg.

Teh error:

There has been an error loading the picture for the dose file
C:\...\Content.drg
Debug data: 127990, 127990, 255980, 8, 16....

Error description: Invalid picture

Try this

1. Close I-Doser

2. Go to START -> Control Panel

3. Go to Regional and Language Options.

4. Then on the main page for Regional and Language Options do following: On the first language line click and find "English (United States). On the other (below) choose United States, press Apply and Ok.

5. Open I-Doser.

Ah yes the old regional settings issue. US works for some, UK will work for the others.

Hmm, maybe I-Doser would consider rewriting the application to be independent of any regional settings? That would rid many people of headaches.
