the effects of speed QH?

I need a quick but powerful boost. Could someone please describe the effects of speed QH. Will I be able to focus/function properly?

ive used this one alot and SOMETIMES i get an energy boost. but thats it

speedQH really was a weird one for me, i got tunnel vision after listening to it and the whole time during the dose i felt really odd.
