What is lucid dream?

I'm just not so sure what they are.
Do you have to listen some I-Doser noise, or do you have to jump 3 backflips and shake hands for three minutes and run naked on your roof to see the lucid dream? : DDD
I just heard something about lucid dreams and im REALLY interested.
So please, PLEASE can you tell me what lucid dreams mean and how to have lucid dreams? : ))

Lucid dreaming is knowing that you are dreaming and can therefore influence your dream any way to like. You generally remember lucid dreams much better than other ones as well. there are various methods to induce a lucid dream so please look around the fourms. frankly im supprised that many people cant or dont lucid dream, Ive been doing it for years long before I even knew there was such a thing as lucid dreaming. While it is nice to be able to do, i dont consider it a valuable skill or ability.
