If you give up now will you ever succeed? Think about it. You may be doing something wrong, and its probably something big. The whole process is not as fragile as everyone thinks it is.someguy74 wrote:i consider myself immune to idoser in the sense that when i feel the need for some sort of buzz im also not in the mindset to lay back and listen to a bunch of buzzing for a half hour with an unsure chance it will even work for me because in my tens of times PROPERLY (dont ask if i did it right i already know) using this stuff all i get is a feeling of irritation.
Does anyone have any tips because ive almost had it with idoser!
If you lay down and listen to the tones, with a quality set of headphones, whilst concentrating, you should feel effects. Not everyone will get the dose to work right away because they start of unsusceptible. Beleive me, I was unsusceptible too; you need to stick with it, because almost all of us are unsusceptible.
If you honestly think your immune, then you're one in a couple thousand, because binaural tones reach a very large audience.
It could also be your mindset. Next time you go lay down to try dosing, don't say "Why would I lay for 30 minutes? This may not even work, and I know i'm doing it right.", your setting yourself up for failure. Instead, just don't think of anything. Concentrate your thoughts, without any background thoughts like "this is stupid" or "i'm tired of this"
Sometimes its just how you approach it.
