I was thinking dose which's theme goes something like you're escaping something, somebody and this thing is chasing you during the dose.
And at the end, there is no way out, like in some cliffhanger movies, when this thing captures you, somekind of a sound with negative effect shock-like type of thing could be ideal for this.

Not exactly. Adrenaline is supposed to give you a positive burst of suspense and energy. What he is talking about is a similar feeling, but a more suspenseful negative feeling. Almost like White Crosses and Black sunshine are similar doses but with opposite effects.
