Skullcandy Skullcrushers?

I plan on getting a pair of Skullcandy Skullcrusher headphones from Overstock.com because I just picked up a new MP3 player, and my last pair of headphones (some cheap, $17 wrap-arounds) is busted.

Skullcrusher's have a subwoofer built in and pump up the bass in music. My question is this: would the altered bass be detrimental to my dosing?

I have a pair of headphones pretty similar to those, and for the most part, have not reduced the power of the doses. As far as I know, the bass only will affect the other sounds (the 'song' or the nature sounds). I used my friends pair of Skullcrushers, and then used my own pair the next day, and got the same results
