Astral travel

Hey, have some 1 of u have ever tried astral travel?i did, in my dream i was real life Mr.Freeman from HL2 it was awesome!

I REALLY want this to work. I have the iPod App and it's free there. I try it, but nothing happens, so I listen to it again and I always fall asleep. But I always remember my dreams after that... Sounds like it would be really cool if this worked though.

Oh and it doesn't make you have cool dreams, it's supposed to make you "leave your body" pretty much. Kind of like the kind of leave like Out Of Body, but you get to do what you want, and you are seperate from your physical body. Kind of like a dream I guess... That's just from what I've read though.

It sounds like you guys aren't actually astral projecting, you're just having lucid dreams.
