Hey guys,
I just came across the concept of binaural beats a couple of days ago and was interested.
Two questions:
1. This is probably a dumb question but are the I-Doser beats for drug substitutes? Because I don't do drugs at all so are they still suitable for me?
2. Is Alpha a good starting point for a beginner?
