I have used iDoser a few times in the past and I just started using it again.
"Delta"
Last night I tried the dose called "Delta". I went to try it with a runny nose, sore back and neck, and tight muscles. I turned it on and after a few minutes of making myself comfortable and listening I began to feel my muscles twitch and begin to loosen. After about 10 minutes my back and neck stopped hurting and I could breathe normally as my stuffy nose has stopped. I felt calm and collected and there were no thoughts going through my mind. It was very peaceful. Around the 20 minute mark my body began to feel light and I started to see a sort of light, not very bright but a kind of serene and cool light. After the dose finished I felt at peace, my body was light and I felt well rested. I then decided it was a good time to take a nap and fell asleep rather quickly.
"Insomniac"
This dose seems to be titled fairly wrong. I listened to it at midday in the same settings as I did with "Delta". I felt relaxed within 10 minutes and my body was light again. Around 15 minutes I dozed off and awoke around the 30 minute mark. I felt refreshed but somewhat jumpy. I got to the 40 minute mark and I felt tired and dozed off. Very powerful dose if you want sleep, ironically it gave me the opposite effects of insomnia.
"Gamma"
Very interesting dose and most likely my first "true" experience. I lost track of time rather quickly while using this one. At first I felt my body burst into pins and needles in sections, it felt good, as if water was coming out of my pores. Soon my muscles began to twitch. After this my back and neck started to tickle like someone was massaging it. During this "massage" I started hearing humming and I swear it was a young boy humming. I then felt the room spinning, but not in an uncomfortable spin. After the dose finished I stood up and felt light and refreshed. The effects were strange but very nice, I even got a bit of the warm and fuzzies just recalling it.
"Gate of Hades"
Test One:
All I can say is this lived up to the hype. I tried it and only got through about 22 minutes. I saw a lot of things and I could hear voices and grunts. Near the end I could see these black things chasing me and my body started convulsing so I ripped the earphones out. I felt like I was being watched from then on out. I thought a demon was chasing me which is strange as I do not even believe in demons! I will be retrying this later and I will finish it this time.
"Hand of God"
Again this one works. I felt really light. My visions were really relaxing, I saw the house I grew up in, my friend, even felt like I was being held/hugged. I heard voices and wolf noises, sounds odd but I grew up with a tamed wolf so it is a good sound! I felt a tiny pinch of anxiety about 73% in then I felt comforted again. I went to bed calm but feeling as if I had cheated death and that was a bit scary. Nowhere near as terrible as Gate of Hades. Sort of the opposite but not quite.
Any suggestions on future doses to try are appreciated!

Re: Experience Logs
Insomniac is suppose to help you fall asleep, you should probably read the description more carefully but besides that good post.
