I know I have good headphones- I bought ones recommended by the site, but I have this new computer and the doses just aren't working like they used to. I wondered if my settings on my computer were messed up.
I have a Gateway PC, and the Balance is as high as it'll go, the Wave/MP3 is close to the bottom, the SW synth is high is it'll go, and CD player setting is high as it'll go. All "Balance" is in the middle.
Any ideas??
Are my computer speaker settingsright? (balance, wave, synth)

That should be right man. From what I hear all the equalizer settings should be left alone at normal mid. When it comes to how loud it should be it should be just loud enough to hear all of the elements that are playing through your headphones. Hope that helped.
