Increasing experince
Ok so I'm kinda new at this and I was just wondering if theres anything besides drugs or anything like that, that can help increase the effects of a dose.

There are a couple things I know and if you search the forums you'll probably find more.
Lie down in a dark room with something over you eyes. Concentrate on just the sound. If you're finding concentrating on the sound difficult, try counting backwards from some random number like 723 or 356, whatever. Try not to move at all after the dose has started even if you have an itch. The itch will go away. If you're really uncomfortable for some reason and it's keeping you from concentrating on the sound, then you can move, but really try not to. I've found all the doses work better if you do them when you're tired. It can really help you concentrate. I'd also suggest if you have anything you really need to do that day, go ahead and do it before dosing so it won't be on your mind.

The MP3 and iPod doses helped me get used to the sounds of the Binaural Beats. And I-Doser does get better each time you use it (vary your doses of course), so just by dosing you already get some experience (if done like what owlmaid had said
