helo all i am a noob

i need advice , what should i try for my first time with this, i don´t want anything that could scare me and freak out in my first time, my mind is pretty sick and i dont want to have some scary hallucinations like demons and other stuff.
i want to try something cool , something that give me peace i want to see rainbows and beautiful stuff.

one question , you need to have the eyes closed until the sound stop?

please give me some advice for my first time on this

ok lay down like a stick dont move at all while listening dose eyes has to be closed whole dose, if something scratches dont scratch it just lay down clear ur mind till u focus on sound u could try counting from big number that help me i start from 730 counting backwards, i can tell u dose that could bring u peace and stuff but no rainbows try marijuana its cool, make sure u listen to orginal dose not mp3 file and dont use earbuds use big headphones, hope i helped

i am going to buy some sweet headphones for this , i am so excited for this , from what i see in this forum this are the best , correct me if i am wrong:

Absinthe is a good beginner, it won't freak you out. I remember having great ideas for art and writing going through my head- not scary stuff- it was good. Yeah, Morphine is good. I like Black Sunshine, DXM is really nice too.

well last night i did my first dose, first i dont know why but i was a litlle scared beforee .
first dose was a random one, cause i put first love but that dose was the last on the list and the first was absinth so i got some strange hot feeling in the body and my head heavy lol i was like : wtf this is not how a fell when in love !!!, and turn off the program

second i did lucid dream after 10 minutes of the first not completed dose , i did the 30 minutes and it work, i was not 100% focus but i fell sleepy after 10 minutes , i was counting 100 99 98 97 then i think some random shit and was like i was awake and dreaming lol i dont know how to explain it , after 20 minutes was hard to count the numbers, dreaming , try to stay awake etc , i was like 99 ,98 ,think on something , dream 3 seconds, oh shit i fell sleepy , where i was again 84 , 83 lol

then when it got over i go to sleep, man i dream all the fucking night but not a great lucid dream, dreams most of all about work, maibe next try i be more focus and got some sweet dreams

today i am going to be more focus to this, i am going to try some VERY STRONG ONE , wish me luck

btw i buy one earphones 20-22 hz , and some headphones 20-20-hz 30 - 16 hz , the earphones are gret to listen music but in the program i can´t listen some sounds :S , i am dosing with the headphones i think they are better for this ...

marijoanaHQ lol , have some noises that are bad in the 5 minutes , i took the headphones but i put them again , listen and in the end nothing , then i go to the kitchen my brother talks to me and i start smiling then lhaughing when he talk to me , lhaughing like a stupid guy , in 5 minutes it worked now i am home alone and i don´t laugh , i fell good but not GREAT , i am going to try this again and this time i will not take my headphones , maibe this was a placebo effect but was good !!!
i never used drugs so i dont know what to expect from this

well my headphones is 32mhz and they are very good after lucid u have to go to sleep immeadiately.

start the day with frenchroast , after one hour i was a great energy in me, in my country we love cofe so the feeling is the same

then i did the marijuanaQH again, not the great feeling i got saturday, i change from great energy to sleepy and tired and i got e terrible headache


only smal effects , cause i tried last night Genesis and fuck i think it did not work, i was expecting a GREAT feeling and it was so meh

i think i am doing something wrong or i think is not that great like some people post here

if im in trance im not sleeping, i fall asleep only when im abit tired and strangely i wake up maybe 10seconds or 5 before dose ends.

I try A bomb and this was so great, the effects it put in your body is mindblowing.
this dose has 4 stages

1º a pulse of energie that runs your body !!! great feeling the best feeling i had when dosing

2º your body have energie in all places

3º your body starts to go away, in this fase i did not fell at all my stomach and my heart

4º i was no body at all only my mind nothing else , only my mind alone in the universe nothing else

i thing it have a last fase but the sound in this fase is low and i start to get interropt by noise in my house , my mother fuck this fase lol

after the dose i fell so good , after some doses i fell great , in top body and mind condition !!!

i dont know what dose i will do next now , cause this A bomb WAS GREAT !!!
