Hello, yesterday i tried bufotoad maybe it was 10:30 pm anyway it was late and i decided to try it, while listening i saw a cow's or a bufo's heda something like that then something like this //// , after i listened to the dose i turned on the lights it got brighter and brighter and BRIGHTER i was like WTF?! then i raised my hand up and it got paralyzed kinda weird my hand was like not my hand, then shapes moved abit maybe not like usual, then i thought i should go to bed ( iwas kinda frightened) i watched to the walls and i started to see running shadows they were running to the corners that shit tottaly freaked me out so i closed my eyes and fell asleep.

You did the right thing, once you start freaking out sleeping is the absolute best way to calm yourself.
