I'm testing out the alcohol one now I been listening for 15 minutes but I can't take another 20 minutes of this shit. I'm already stoned off my face on DHC so the effects should be more extreme than usual but I'm not feeling anything yet.

Generally the doses aren't going to work if you're already high.

Ampakine, you should take the dose in dark, quiet room, laying comfortably.
Not just chat on internet and waiting dose to take effect.

Whether stoned or not yes you need to complete the whole dose. Usually around 75-80% I start to feel strong effects
