Best spirtual dose for life realisation

What's your best spirtual dose for life realisation, yourself understanding, talking with your own soul?
There are plenty of them, I don't know which to choose: Genesis,Blacksunshine, Divinorum,HOG(ok not this one) and etc.??

I detail some good ones.

If you are experienced/mentally ready man... White Crosses helped me see a lot first use.. taught me about "harmony" and "two becoming one"... also Divinorum and Black Sunshine always provide insight in your soul... though not always positive, and Divinorum REALLy puts you under (you may pass out).

I'm looking for some more as well, I'm thinking of trying White Crosses again to see what happens the next time.

I´d say Divinorum too, but not the QH version. You can´t do a spiritual dose in 10 minutes.

Genesis didn't give me any realizations, White Crosses didn't do much, I haven't tried Divinorium- but it's on my list, I LOVE Black Sunshine, though. Every time I do it I learn something else new about me.

owl is right.. I just did White Crosses two times since my first experience which blew my mind...

I can't tell if its because I am just really tired today and maybe I was not fully attentive, or if maybe I should have done Condition prior to it to get me prepared.. or if it just stopped working on me the way it did the first time... but now it just relaxed me.... that is all. Part of me says its because I need to be more alert and ready for it though, because I did notice some zoning out... so I need to try it again with Condition and then I will let you know FOR SURE if it has spiritual guidance effects in the long run.

Genesis did absolutely nothing for "realizations"... it just washes you clean makes you feel good, and makes you hot and energetic. I prefer Prozium personally considering it does what I think Genesis SHOULD HAVE DONE... Prozium actually is just a FANTASTIC dose.

Divinorum and Black Sunshine really are probably the best you can get.. Black Sunshine will give you insight about yourself, but if you want some like "unknown" things revealed to you, I can't really decide yet I am still searching myself..

though White Crosses first time helped me realize the importance of Harmony and Unity... which you can apply to anything really, people, life, the universe, creation... I found it to be relevant to harmony of BODY and SOUL. But since then, no new lessons

P.S. I have yet to try Chakra... but it is possible this could help.

I know mantra meditation practices vibrations and frequency tuning.. and I believe each Chakra is associated with a certain frequency/note... Like I thought the note "A" was associated to the Brow or Third Eye..
