Ok so i have been doing some doses, havent been doing condition before or reset after (didnt know but now that i do i will use them). My question is, during condition and reset can i be doing other stuff? when i am doing a dose i lay down in the dark and do nothing but how about when i am doing condition and reset? can i play a game (no sound of coarse)? can i read?

Hmm I would say no just because any dose needs to work with your brain and if you are doing a bunch of other stuff I think it would negate the effects.
