Spiritual - Ascension dozes

This would be very helpful if this were possible something that stimulates our ascension and our lightbodies.

Or just anything ascension related. with all of our (spiritual bodies). To prepare us.

Or something to clear out our bad energies or helping to find balance, or general/specific empowerment.

Im sure there's alot more possible here.
