What to expect?
Ive heard about AP for a while now, and actually decided to try it. I tried the AP dose, and on my 3rd attempt, i felt my body numb, and at certain points a burst of excitement. What can i expect when i actually do ap? Will rise from my body and stand in the same room my body is? Do i go into a different parallel universe? And how would i go about getting back to my body?

dark enviroment eyes closed with our without I-doser doesnt matter i recommend without though
roll urs eyes a little bit but not to much it shouldnt feel to uncomfy or hurt
breath deep and count ur breaths up to 30
u can continue to count or quit it doesnt matter
keep breathing heavy and consetrate on it
after awhile u should feel kinda numb and feel vibrations
DO NOT FREAK OUT its normal
keep on breathing heavy and in a short matter of time you.....are...... astral projcting
tested by me and 2 of my friends!!!!!!
parrelel universe no just the "astyral planes" so basically real world but different point of view
you will also b put back in ur body if woke up disturbed freaked out a lot
or u can just think about ur body and crawl in hahaha
