So I have been using I-Doser for about a week.Apart from a relaxing time, which was nice ,I had nothing much to report.However yesterday was better.
I do have a hard time switching off, so i re read the guide an forum posts.I decided to use CONDITION dose first as i have read it prepares your mind .I set up as normal, ie. dark, down an headphones.My doses were all set to Condition, MJ an Sleep Angel.I also decided to not play any mp3 tracks in background for a change.Condition was very pleasant an I did feel it set my mind an body on the right track.For once my mind did not wander as much an the beats I felt came alive more.The sounds did feel more in my head than in my ears.Not playing the added mp3 music also made it a better for me.The middle of my Dosing was the best for bodily sensations which was an is my aim.MJ was the middle dose but it definitly sounded different than before.My body was heavy.My mind felt at peace.I had a content feeling.Even when i lost the moment it was easy to slip back into the flow.The sensations I got were like I had before but lasted an happened more.I can only describe them as that sensation one would get when driving at speed over a hill or bump in the road, an suddenly you get a Woosh, an butterflys in your tummy.Except the feeling swept from my head to my feet
Also I felt myself smiling
.When the Dose changed to Sleep Angel i just felt relaxed an content.Overall for me I feel I am having a breakthrough, and that with time it can only get better.The feeling that did spoil it however was throughout my right leg just decided to jerk .The feeling you get with a shock or when you are just dropping off to sleep.However it proved to me that the Doses are in fact doing their job.
Thanks for the repy.Its great to get feed back.I do have to really put myself in the mood.Practice is the key I reackon.I also try an forget the dose name an try not to expect a certain feeling to happen.keep dosing an maybe we can compare ideas an results as we are both new.
