Do rpg and shooter game enhancing doses work?

I was thinking about buying the game enhancer pack, but i would first like to know, does the rpg game enhancer work? if it does explain how, what game, and how much of an affect and same with the shooter game enhancer also finally, it says you can use it DURING the game, how would i pull this off not being able to close my eyes. thanks!

I think they work, I tried the shooter one once and I felt more competitive, alert, and focused but unfortunately I didn't really get to test the dose on a shooter cuz my friends that were with me wanted to play skyrim the whole day cuz it just came out

It is probably the fact that you can do two things at once. Maybe that dose is stronger so you can use it without as much focus given to it.
