Parkinson's diease and a Dopamine Dose

I have seen Dopamine mentioned elsewhere, but not in relation to Parkinson's Disease. Might the body respond to a Dopamine I-Dose as it responds to the other doses? If an alcohol Dose causes some people to stumble, etc., as though they actually had alcohol in their system, and if blood samples taken after some doses show a change in the blood chemistry , wouldn't a Dose of dopamine (and other neurotransmitters) possibly help a person suffering from Parkinson's disease? Seems worth a try. Any thoughts?
