I just picture myself lying down in a completely white room. And while listening to the dose i think "It's just me and the dose" untill the effects kick in, then I just ride it out and let the sound have controll. Works for me.

Same here with Content. It was my first dose and and so I've used it a few times now. Great feeling of happiness, a silly grin the during the whole dose, and nothing got me irritated either. I'll always recommend this dose to beginners. You should buy a dose from the ones users have recommended here.

Anesthesia usually makes me so sleepy that i usually choose to fall asleep during the dose. If I do fight the power, I stumble off to bed as if, as Lyroc said, it's the only thing that matters. For me the QH works as well as the regular. It's a great dose.

Keep trying. Looks like your using all the tips to make the dose work better. But yes it is hard to stop 'thinking' during a dose, it gets easier. Maybee try the regular Trip or Peyote, which is pretty popular

Have you had ear problems in the past? It is really uncommon for something like that to happen, but you could have reacted to the sound badly. If I were you I'd go and get my ears checked

Well the dose should do what the description says on the player. But when dosing for the first time anything could go! Could be placebo, could be mixing doses, using half doses or even double dosing. Everyone reacts differently, I guess as you use doses more frequently they'd have more regular effec...

18-20 khz is very high. No doubt I-Doser will have some sound in the 18-20 khz range, but I wouldn't worry hunspike. I'd imagine you would get a very similar effect with those headphones. But as i-Doser says, their testing headphones operate 20 khz to 20 hz so you could be missing out on effects.

My first dose was Content. I thought it was a good dose to start with because it's moderate, not too long and should make you feel good.

While using Dexies I felt my back arching, almost like being draped over a big barrel or something. I didn't open my eyes incase I spoiled it by seeing myself lying flat. But I didn't feel any movement within my body, just the bodily position.
