i think its depends on Processes of excitation and braking in a bart of brain (sRy bad lng), the person totally and how easy mind-changing things can impress the person. If person have very strong feelings about everything that happens, so effects will be greater.

it depends on people, but for me longer effect-more fun. After 2x nitrous i had 48 hours of full and even stronger effects. Well, its hard to tell what 5HTP could do...same real amino acids (dont know how on english) sometimes have noticeable effect on me, sometimes not.
