Nitrous is a good one to start out with, because it's pretty short and gives you the effects for sure. But it might take a few listens in the beginning because we're not by default used to getting effects from binaural beats.

For some reason, doses work a lot best for me when my mind is on neutral. Not focusing on or doing anything.. and then when you start feeling something(anything) from the dose, just get into that feeling and let the dose take over from there.
