1) Lie down where you normally administer the dose, hopefully within reaching distance of your computer. Get some good quality headphones. Concentrate at the sounds as good as possible.

It will help if you can consentrate really good at the sounds. So i prefer to have it as high as possible.

Hear it while you sleep. Just try to fell asleep while you listen.
