Meditate?

Post by Backspacez »

So, lately it's been harder to get into a relaxed mindset. Do you guys meditate before it?

I usually decide an hour ahead of time and then I start to unwind by watching southpark and talking to friends.

Haha. I can't imagine that helping. I can't watch that show without laughing uncontrollably (if it's a new one) and than I can't stop thinking about it.

The BG music helps, I just need to find a good track.

it works out well. you just need to develop a routine that gets you nice and calm. like take a shower, make a sandwich, drink some beer then dose on!
