Anyway, the CD/MP3 from iTunes is not as strong, but the MP3 converted via V5 works just as good as DRG

Any of the beginner doses should work well. Binaural beats, however, isn't something you get used to right away. And the iPod doses arent as good as the DRG computer doses. Once you have some results with the iPod, I recommend getting the DRG dose version of Trip. Itll work so much better

The MP3 and iPod doses helped me get used to the sounds of the Binaural Beats. And I-Doser does get better each time you use it (vary your doses of course), so just by dosing you already get some experience (if done like what owlmaid had said
