Nitrous.. 4 mins into the dose and I got super dizzy!

You should make him test it out with something little like french roast or Quick happy or even Tranquil.. If he couldn't take them/had problems after or while listening then he cannot take it at this age :|.. If he enjoyed it and had good results then let him go for it! but in my opinion if he is go...

Well i was wondering about if i am sleepy and couldn't dose because if i did i will fall asleep for sure.. can i use like french roast so i can be more awake then i go for the next dose? or should i just go sleep and try it when i wake up?

Noooo loud noise would damage your ears and maybe bad experiences.. you should buy noise cancel headphones/earbuds.. i tried with loud noise before 3 doses in a row.. i couldn't hear well for 2 days..

Depends on your practicing cycles.. i was 3-4 doses per day for 1 month.. and I've finally reached it.. btw i used sleep doses while sleeping at night in hope to breakthrough and ya my 1st dose was a-bomb i used condition then went for it! and it worked!!
